Great pics Emily. Is it possible to add some info to each one - even if it just says where they are, but perhaps a sentence about them as well if you can be bothered. Also - a couple of them need turning round through 90 degrees!

Thanks for this. I know about it but can't quite get a submission together yet since I don't quite have the right links. Have emailed u pix of the property we are looking at. In nitty gritty negotiations over the lease. looking good. but timing is challenging....interesting principles being established though which I'll share with the group in the very near future - with positive outcomes, I hope. :)

Hi Emily, I'm co-founder of a new theatre company, and we're looking for a space to put on a new play, set in a flat in a run down area. I saw your pics of the building in tower hamlets and you seem to know a lot of stuff about using empty spaces. Can you offer any advice or a link to how we might go about securing one of these spaces for our production? We don't have a lot of funding available at the moment, but we would be able to make improvements to the space - painting, making it habitable, that kind of thing. Ideally it's a flat above a shop or a pub that we're after. Any help much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Emily, I am a new photographic company looking for space to deliver photographic workshops, and we're are looking for a space to run from. Would be great to meet to discuss this further and the process entailed to running the space.  Much appreciated.

Hi Emily

Always looking for spaces - I'm a landscape architect with a penchant for the East End and similar environments. Very interested in what you're doing and hope to explore further, soon - I can think of numerous past projects - eg in social housing - where positive temporary use of spaces indoor and outdoor would have made a big difference in helping communities through the transition. At the moment, we do have a space, as we are entering RIBA's Forgotten Spaces competition. Will be able to tell you more after the deadline next week, it's a bit hectic just now! All the best!
