After 3 years working on Meanwhile activity, Meanwhile Space CIC have launched a property matching service for those looking for temporary space to trial ideas. Working with landlords on problem spaces we have developed a way of linking social enterprises, new businesses, artists and start ups with space to trial ideas. Spaces range from industrial units to office spaces and come in all shapes and sizes.

HOW THE MEANWHILE CONNECT SERVICE WORKS

- You search properties via Meanwhile Connect and attend a viewing

- You submit your proposal to use a space

- We introduce selected projects to landlords

- You sign a meanwhile lease on a rent free basis, but covering rates, insurance and utilities
