'Meanwhile' License?
Hi All,
Loads of retailers say they have superior landlords who they have to get permission from to let us have a Lease, but that we can have a License no problem. I’m sure this is something you have already looked at, but it would be hugely helpful to have a 'Meanwhile' License. What do you advise?

It was a license not a lease that allowed us to approach the Queensgate shopping Centre in Peterborough, useful, and good point, a Meanwhile lease would have been helpful, though we just used theres with a break clause.

You can download a Meanwhile Lease from http://www.meanwhile.org.uk/8.html. If it's a license your after, I might have to do some research!
