Connect your idea with a shop in east London
Fantastic possibilities: Poplar Harca have approached us to find projects interested in the unique chance to take meanwhile use of a number of their vacant shop units in east London. With the Olympics fast approaching and the London 2012 Festival underway, this is an opportunity to base your project in one of a number of empty spaces very close to the Olympic Park. There are six ready-to-move-into spaces available in different locations, such as the two units available in Stroudley Walk, E3 (above), which are both approximately 45sqm (484sq ft). Click here for more info.
Make your project popular in Poplar
Where: The shops are located in Poplar (London Borough of Tower Hamlets) and are within close reach of the Olympic Park (to the north). There are excellent transport links via the DLR stations of Bow Church, Devons Road, All Saints and East India. Bow Road and Bromley-by-Bow tube stations (Hammersmith & City and District lines) also serve the area, as do numerous bus routes. Detailed information can be found on our database here. Aberfeldy Street, E14 (above), where we have one unit of 55sqm (592sq ft)
Get in touch with your ideas and to arrange a viewing
What next: We will be holding “open days” to allow projects to have a look at the spaces and see if their ideas would be suitable. Dates and times will be confirmed over the coming days. In the meantime, check out our database of empty spaces with full information on each of the shops (and also some workshop and office spaces) here and drop us a line at eq@meanwhileconnect.com with your contact details if you would like to arrange to view one or all of the shops. Market Way, E14 (above) where we have two lock-ups of approximately 19sqm (200sq ft).
