Pop Up Insurance is now available

There have been quite a few enquiries and forum posts about short term insurance recently so we thought we'd let everyone know the new Pop Up Insurance facility is now available.

New pop up shops website launched by Mayor of London

The London New Enterprise website has been launched today - www.londonnewenterprise.co.uk. The website provides guidance for new enterprises in London, as well as a database of property listings with a focus on empty shops that will be made available on favourable terms.

Relief for empty premises extended in today's pre-Budget report

Chancellor Alistair Darling presented his pre-Budget report today. The measure introduced last year has now been extended into the next tax year. For 2009/2010, properties with a rateable value of up to £15,000 are exempt. The relief will be extended to 2010/2011 for empty commercial properties with a rateable value of up to £18,000.
