Meanwhile Space takes temporary residence at 251 Hoxton Street

Yippee Meanwhile Space have it's very own space!



Eddie, Emily and I are based at 251 Hoxton Street in London for a minimum of six weeks to host a living, breathing example of Meanwhile. Having exchanged a Meanwhile Lease for keys last Thursday we are now up and running and even looking forward to getting our very own sign.

House of Hastings

Well, what a day - full-on volunteer clean-up at the House of Hastings. It makes me very proud and feels like we're really getting somewhere. House of Hastings was the original shop that spurred me to think that 'meanwhile use' was a good idea - that we needed to do something to sort out shops that were in private ownership but had little or no prospect of a commercial let.
