Looking for a space

I am from a group called 'The Changing Room' based in London, we a are collective focused on creating a safe space for tlgbq youth and transgender people to take part in healthy fitness oriented activities, such as self-defense/boxing classes, yoga, dance, as well as aroma and massage therapy. These groups are often excluded or discriminated against in the 'mainstream' health/fitness services and facilities and so they often can't take advantage of new sports initiatives like the ones… Continue

The Big Draw

Today saw the first large public event within our empty shop space. It was suggested by Patrick in a meeting some weeks ago, that we participate in the national event 'The Big Draw.'



Lorna was unable to be present on the day, but the night before, painted a wonderfully bold display in the window, that stopped many a passer-by in their tracks.

Looking for a space

Hi all, I'm co-founder of Bread and Goose theatre company, a new company seeking to make engaging work in found spaces. Our first project is an adaptation of Angela Carter's novel 'Love', set in a dilapidated flat.



We've been doing workshops on the text and have a week-long residency at the Shunt Lounge from 11th-14th November to try out some AV and movement-led performance ideas. Now we're looking for a space for the actual performance.
