Do you have a costing for the pigeon removal and fumigation etc? You'd be surprised how common it is, we're doing something similar in Hastings. I'm very glad to hear of your involvement in the project. It would be useful to complete the Project Overview one-page form which is about to be broadcast to all ning members. We're supporting some projects right now and we're building a long-list for the next phase of support (Oct 09 onwards). Hope to met you in a shop in Ladywell sometime soon!
