I have just read your post about you researching for Lewisham Council about vacant units. I am currently researching how to set-up in a vacant shop in preferably Deptford or New Cross. My plan is to open a gallery space which incorporates working studio space for artists (no more than 3 or 4). With this i'd then like to run community workshops such as drawing days for kids and teenagers.

If you had any information about how to proceed with this proposal and who to contact at the council i'd be really appreciative.
