Rehearsal studio for musicians

The long struggle to attain a space to set up a rehearsal studio continues and progress has been made but we're not there yet.
The story so far is that, after finally persuading the directors of Meanwhile Space that we are serious, they say we needed to find a jazz-related charity prepared to sign the lease on any premises that we rent. This way we get 80% reduction in business rates. This also means we would have to persuade that charity that they wouldn't be lumbered with…
