Is it possible then to do a physical evaluation and possible repair and maintenance work needed to make the site healthy for occupation and undertake a quote on refurbishment and redecorating?

I can initiate a fund raising drive to maintain and up keep the venue if only I am sure the tenanncy is guaranteed.

No positive uptake on my idea so let us take it further and consult on sustainability and How we can be independent and do something?
