Hi guys

Me and my business partner are starting up a new online urban gardening business called gardeninthecity.com (check us out on FB - www.facebook.com/gardeninthecity )  - we are gonna focus on rapid makeovers of small hard-surfaced London gardens (balconies, yards, terraces).

We urgently need a secure place where we can warehouse some gardening hardware, plants, soil etc. and take deliveries - it needs to be free or very cheap (so we can keep our costs down whilst we get on our feet) and on the ground floor so we can take bulky / heavy deliveries - and it has to be secure.

Ideally, we're looking for a disused industrial space - somewhere near public transport in inner London - so we can get to our customers quickly. We probably need around 1500 sq ft, but could always fill a larger area!

We'd be happy to do some cosmetic work to make a vacant place a little more 'loved' and are happy to share with other businesses. We're both friendly and good company!

We're also happy with a relatively temporary tenancy - but ideally we'd like to be somewhere for 6 months minimum...having said that we'll consider anything at this stage!
