Public Liability For Companies

Hello All

I'm just starting a small arts/community based company looking to run some projects in the Lambeth area. We're relatively far along, have sorted out areas business rates etc. However because we're working with the Lambeth council we need to sort out public liability.

We've found some sources who will help us however they all want to visit the site to give it an estimate (this increases the cost). The nature of our project means that we will be moving a lot and the have to have an inspection every time seem costly.

Any ideas if there are any companies doing public liability specifically for empty shops.
Also if there's anyone in the Lambeth area doing something similar or wants to get involved let us know.

Hi Giles,
we have used Oxygen as brokers and found them to be helpful. Can send on details of how our policy works.
there have been some useful discussions on the forums, type in insurance into the search box and they should come up.
