Meanwhile gains - stats and anecdotes

Dear all, be interested to learn of any stats or stories that indicate the benefit of meanwhile activity. This could be, for example, enterprises generated, increased footfall to an area or premises finding new tenants due to meanwhile activity. Any stats or stories that you have to hand can help to build up a library of useful supporting info.

i second this - need for stats - if anyone has access to any - a pool of such resources would be useful and time saving.
