Camera Obscura Installation.
AIAV// art collective is formed of british based artists, writers, illustrators, photographers, musicians, designers that work in a variety of medium and disciplines such as installations, film and sound, sculpture, performance, and collaboratively. Our interests lie in group exhibitions based around a variety of subject matter and themes, expressing our ideas through the diversity of our media. we are predominately based in south London.
Artinavan// are running a weekly rotating installation space in an empty shop in the Brixton village market.
The first exhibition will be a walk in camera obscura installation, completely transforming the shop space into and 'upside down cinema'.
you are invited to walk into the camera and sit down on the custom designed seating to view the projection of the captured events happening in the Brixton village market.
there will be plenty of wine and delicious foods from the surrounding shops and restaurants.
